We are very thankful to Sri Kota Specialist Medical Centre, Klang on the Health Check at Puncak Alam. And we enjoy the Fruitful Health Talk by Dr K. Sashetheran.
Sharing some tips from the Health Talk;
1) When u have gastric,
a) Don’t drink milk
b) Don’t eat bread/bun
2) To recover from runny nose & sneeze in the morning, drink tea with lemon & honey everyday.
3) When u have headache, wrap a cold towel on your head, place it on the eyes.
